“What’s been missing in New York is the music. It gives you the feeling that New York is returning to normal.”



As an adaptive-reuse project on the Corbin Building, the project seeks to break the threshold between music and community, incorporating both housing and public performance space that will embrace multicultural musicians and audiences.
